Pricing Information
Epiq Notify supports up to a 28 page PDF document with 5,000 mailing recipients. All jobs will print double-sided and in black-and-white. Mailer sheets are printed free of charge but are factored into the postage cost.

Postage Costs

Mailer sheet is included in Printed Sheets total for rate calculation (IE. An 8 page PDF printed double-sided = 4 sheets + 1 mailer sheet, or 5 total printed sheets for $0.71 postage).

Same Day Service

Cancellation

We do not provide refunds for this service but in the event that you find it necessary to cancel a job, Epiq will make a good faith attempt to stop the mailing from going out if contacted in a timely manner.

Mailing Guidelines
Follow these instructions carefully to ensure that our service meets your expectations, and for the error-free processing and delivery of your mailing. Documents submitted in non-standard size or using colored elements will be output according to our specification, potentially resulting in error. Please verify that your print document adheres to stated specifications prior to submission.

Print/Mail Specifications

Epiq Notify prints to the following specification: 8.5 x 11", 20# paper, black-and-white, double-sided printing, envelopes based on page count (#9/#10 only), generic mailer sheet insert for each recipient/envelope. Mailings will be sent via First Class mail and will be sent same-day if submitted before 1PM PST or First Class thereafter. Return mail will be delivered to the address provided on the setup form.

Barcode Placement

In order to properly process and track our print jobs, we insert a small barcode image on every other (odd) page. Please be aware that this image will appear on final printed mail pieces and may obscure small portions of page content. Setting at least a 0.875” left-hand page margin and/or reserving the vertical block of space (shown in the graphic below) in your source document will reduce likelihood of problems.

A print document (PDF) and mailing list (TXT) must be uploaded for a given mailing job. Mailing list may be uploaded directly from Pacer for noticing jobs or manually created following our formatting standards (see Mailing List Format). Uploaded files may not exceed 50MB in size.

If you are noticing a legal case, you may upload the TXT version of the Pacer “Debtor Matrix” file directly into Epiq Notify when setting up your mailing. Create one row in the text file per-recipient address. Otherwise, create and populate your own pipe-delimited text file according to the following format:
